Vincent Gonsalves, the founder of Bridge Builders Conflict Resolution & Mediation, brings over two decades of dedicated experience to helping individuals, organizations, and communities effectively navigate and resolve conflict.
He has coordinated and managed over 100 public service projects across Metro Vancouver, developing a deep understanding of conflict resolution, mediation, and restorative justice principles.
Driven by a genuine desire to help others, Vincent holds a Bachelor of Arts in Counselling and has furthered his expertise through certifications in Restorative Justice and Collaborative Conflict Resolution from the Justice Institute of BC.
In addition to Bridge Builders, Vincent is employed by the Burnaby RCMP Youth Services Restorative Justice Program as a Facilitator. In this role, he directly supports individuals and groups in conflict and provides youth conflict resolution training.
