I’ve spent 20+ years in the 'eye of the storm.' I’ve seen how millions of dollars and years of hard work can be derailed by a single unresolved conflict and different perspective. But I’ve also seen the power of a bridge.

My passion isn't just about 'settling' an argument; it’s about changing the way we talk to one another. I am driven by a conviction that we cannot keep making the same mistakes as previous generations. The 'win-at-all-costs' mentality is a relic of the past that we can no longer afford.

That is why I am as committed to the boardroom as I am to the classroom. Whether I am working with managers, not for profit managers, pastors or elementary and high school students, I am on a mission to build a new generation of leaders. I want to equip them with the empathy, understanding, and assertive communication tools they need to resolve conflict collaboratively.
