Bridge-Builders Conflict Resolution, Mediation & Restorative Justice Services was born from a passion Vincent had over 20+ years ago after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Counselling. Initially planning to pursue a Master's in Counselling, Vincent instead embarked on a career in public service, focusing on community engagement. After 20 years and more than 100 community engagement projects across Metro Vancouver, his passion was reignited, prompting him to follow his heart.
With a proven track record in leading major infrastructure and regional policy projects in Metro Vancouver, collaborating with elected officials, businesses, residents, and key stakeholders, he possesses the skills to effectively manage strategic issues. His experience working with individuals within the criminal justice system has also given him a deep understanding of conflict resolution, mediation, and restorative justice.
In addition to his BA in Counselling, Vincent holds certificates from the Justice Institute of BC in Collaborative Conflict Resolution, Foundations of Effective Management, Project Management and Microsoft Project. He is also trained in Masterful Facilitation, Structured Decision Support and Relational Wisdom 360.
In his spare time he volunteers at the Abbotsford Restorative Justice and Advocacy Association, Cloverdale Foodbank, and JIBC where he is a member of the Community Social Justice Department Public Advisory Committee.
